Gefördert werden Vorhaben, die sich durch künstlerische Qualität, gesellschaftliche Relevanz und ein prägnantes inhaltliches Profil auszeichnen. Anträge können in den Bereichen Bildende Kunst, Darstellende Kunst, Musik, Film, Literatur, Soziokultur sowie für spartenübergreifende Projekte gestellt werden.
